Owner Agreement

This Owner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your relationship with ParkAhead when you list a private parking lot, garage, driveway or space ("Lot") on the marketplace. It is in addition to our Terms of Serviceand Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and verification

You must be 18+ and have the legal right to license the Lot for parking (as owner, lessee, or duly authorised manager).
ParkAhead may request documents proving ownership, authorisation, or business registration before approving an Owner account.
You must keep your account, contact details and tax information up to date.

2. Listing standards

Listings must be accurate: location, photos, number of spots, vehicle size limits, access method (gate / boom / bollard / open), opening hours and amenities.
Prices must be all-inclusive of VAT where applicable. Hidden fees are prohibited.
You must comply with planning, zoning, fire safety, accessibility and municipal regulations applicable to your Lot.
You must hold appropriate insurance for third-party vehicles on your premises.

3. Your contract with drivers

Each booking creates a direct contract between you and the driver. ParkAhead acts as a technology intermediary and is not party to that contract. You are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings and for the condition and safety of the Lot.

4. Payments, fees and payouts

Payments from drivers are collected by our payment processor on your behalf.
ParkAhead charges a service fee per booking (disclosed in your owner dashboard before publishing). The fee may change with 30 days' notice.
Payouts are sent to your nominated bank account on a scheduled cycle, subject to a minimum balance and fraud / chargeback holds.
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on your income from the Lot.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You select a cancellation policy per listing within the options we provide.
If you cancel a confirmed booking (no-show, double-booking, gate failure), the driver receives a full refund and ParkAhead may charge you a cancellation fee equal to the service fee plus reasonable rebooking costs.
Repeated cancellations may result in delisting.

6. Driver conduct and damage

Disputes about damage caused by a driver are between you and the driver. ParkAhead will share reasonable information available to us to support a legitimate claim, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We are not liable for damage to the Lot, vehicles parked in it, or third parties.

7. Data and privacy

When you receive a booking we share the driver's name, vehicle details and arrival window. You become an independent data controller for that data and must use it only to perform the booking, keep it secure, and delete it when no longer needed.

8. Exclusivity

You are not required to list exclusively with ParkAhead, but you must not knowingly double-book the same spot on multiple platforms for the same time slot.

9. Compliance and prohibited use

No discrimination on protected grounds in accepting bookings.
No illegal, dangerous or zoning-violating use of the Lot.
No use of the Service to launder funds or evade tax.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParkAhead from claims arising out of (a) the condition or use of your Lot, (b) inaccurate listing information, (c) your breach of this Agreement, or (d) tax or regulatory non-compliance.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delist your Lot, or terminate your Owner account, for breach of this Agreement, repeated cancellations, low driver ratings, fraud, or risk to user safety. You may delist or close your Owner account at any time, subject to honouring existing confirmed bookings.

12. Changes

We may update this Agreement with 30 days' notice. Continued listing after the notice period counts as acceptance.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Nicosia.
